All prices are listed in the applicable currency stated on the website unless otherwise specified.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers integrated with Squarespace. Scarrone: Studio Glass does not store full payment card information directly.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided as guides only and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Scarrone: Studio Glass is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

Returns and Damaged Items

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of glass artworks, returns or exchanges may be limited unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

If an item arrives damaged, customers should contact Scarrone: Studio Glass within a reasonable timeframe and provide photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned or custom works may require separate agreements, timelines, deposits, or approval processes.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced

  • Completion timelines are estimates only

  • Minor variations are inherent in handmade work

Scarrone: Studio Glass retains artistic discretion in the execution of commissioned works.
